Well, I've been thinking about it, say all inties use mwd, so they all benefit in same way.
AB is still useful, because you dont have sig ratio penalty, it works in deadspace and it has lesser fitting requirements.
I suppose. Tbh actually that'd work with a 10% less fitting bonus for MWD's for AF's...

I can kinda see the logic of speed penalty on vagabond (maybe), but it screws over AC Tempests something awful.
If you ask me, I'd un-nerf hail ammo, then solve the eventual issues with vagabond (or other close range ships instead) separately.
Pfft, it's a seperate issue to MWD's entirely. I'm still VERY much in favour of getting rid of the range and damage over T1 amo entirely.

Couldnt agree more, WCS need to be nerfed enough so that no one would consider them for a combat fitted ship while remaining usable for indys and ships purely set up to run away.
Agree? No, there is no agreement, you're twisting my words and trying to make it look like you any form of a valid point by doing so.
WCS with a reasonable nerf like 10% range per will be fine, removing them from any combat setup is not good the PvP and not good for Eve.
The POINT I was making, which was entirely seperate, is that CCP are not going to consider a penalty for WCS which hurts hauling setups. This is NOTHING to do with combat viability!
